I support our growth by effectively sourcing, hiring and onboarding talent that matches both our culture and business operations.

Once an advisor is on board, I take a hands-on approach to develop their business plans and help them incorporate all of IFP’s programs into their practice. Our goal is to help our new advisors gain efficiencies to increase their ultimate success. Advisors reach plateaus. Our mission is to help every advisor take their practice to the next level.

Our success leads to more success. Through my relentless follow-up, a third-generation referral was brought on board, and IFP expanded into the Chicago market with our first wirehouse advisor from Morgan Stanley. We transitioned his practice in under 30 days. From that one advisor, I am working to bring on three more within the next six months. We have the resources and structure to provide the support advisors need to succeed. Advisors are hearing our story and it resonates with them.

My professional background includes over 20 years in Senior Management roles providing guidance to advisors using proven business strategies and tactics as we strive to help them increase their revenue. With my extensive knowledge of the industry, I am positioned to support the growth of our advisors and their practices.

Rounding out my life finds me on the slopes. I am an extreme skier and incredibly competitive in sports. Every winter, I travel out west to ski with my four growing children.
