I support our growth by overseeing IFP’s ever growing number of registered offices and their hundreds of financial advisors, staff and licensed partners. One of my primary responsibilities includes directing all compliance policies and initiatives for IFP. I approach this with great diligence and incorporate it into every aspect of operations. We understand that maintaining a compliant office is an arduous task for an advisor. As their business partner, we work hard to provide the necessary communication, guidance, and support without making the process cumbersome for them.
Our success recently allowed us to be instrumental in supporting the purchase and sale of a practice within the firm. As the average planner age increases, we believe there will be many opportunities for practice acquisition, growth and development. We are fortunate to have the resources and talent for both the buyers and the sellers.
My professional background has included experience in virtually every role in a financial services firm. I began in sales, achieving success and recognition, however, I decided to transition to management where I could leverage my broad-spectrum experience to help fuel advisor growth, which is my true passion. This breadth positions me to understand the needs of the advisors and build internal resources to support efficiencies within their individual practices.
Rounding out my life finds me cheering on the New England Patriots. While many see August as the end of summer, I see it as the beginning of football season.
