I support our growth by working as the liaison between IFP and LPL, managing the onboarding and transition processes for all advisors, professional partners and administrative personnel. I’ve managed the transitions of numerous advisors, each with differing backgrounds and complexity to their practices and understand the nuances involved.
I build custom transition plans for each advisor, giving them the right information at the right time. We progress in stages, allowing for a focus on the task at hand. We then concentrate on post-affiliation training and support to ensure advisors have the tools they need to leverage IFP’s comprehensive models and culture. In addition, I oversee all growth initiatives and special projects for the firm.
Our success recently gave me opportunity to manage the transition of 120 registered reps and 40 non-licensed personnel in the largest and one of the quickest transitions in LPL history, in which 50,000 client accounts were moved.
My professional background includes graduating from Northeastern University, with its emphasis on experiential learning. I am a Canadian citizen, having been born and raised in Northern New Brunswick.
Rounding out my life involves passionately supporting the New England Patriots and traveling from city to city to watch them play.
Be the change you want to see in the world.
